A Fun Day of Shopping

I asked Connie Ellis to go with me to look for a dress to wear to the Alumni Activities. We spent all afternoon and evening at Penn Square Mall.  We hadn't shopped together in years, many years.

You know me I have to look at every store before I decide on a dress. First store was Dillard's I tried on lots of dresses but found one that we really liked.  I had seen it at Quail Springs but when I had gone back it was gone. So I was glad to find it again.  I bought it even though it was in the first store. What was wrong with me?

We kept looking and found a couple of more that we liked even better than the one I had already bought.  I decided which I liked of those two and bought it.  I decided to take them both home and get Don and Mom's opinion.  Mom's might help, Don could care less.  He told me to take both of them back without seeing them.  I should have known.

The one above is navy and white. First one I liked.

The one below is black and white.
Hard to see the detail on the bottom dress, but it is very fitted and has layers of fabric up to the empire waist. Very slimming, and I need all the help in the slimming department.

Ricki look Eskimo Joe's. Guess what I found.

I'm going to mother's tomorrow and she which one she likes.
